How they redeem it

After paying you get a code like SMG-ABCD-2345 and a card you can print or forward.

    On their iPad, iPhone or computer, in Safari, Chrome or any browser.

    Tap "Have a gift code?" and type it in. Or go straight to silvermind.app/play/gift.

    It's theirs

    Premium is unlocked from the day they enter the code, for a full year, three months or for life, depending on the gift.

The gift unlocks SilverMind in the browser. It does not unlock Premium inside the App Store app.

Setting it up on an iPad

  1. Open Safari and go to silvermind.app/play.
  2. Tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen". SilverMind now has its own icon, like an app.
  3. Open SilverMind from that new icon and enter the gift code there, so the icon is unlocked too.
  4. Need bigger letters? In Safari, tap the aA button in the address bar and tap the larger A. On a computer, press Ctrl and + (Cmd and + on a Mac).

Questions

Does the gift renew or charge anything later?

No. It is one payment. When the year (or three months) is over, SilverMind simply goes back to the free exercises. Nothing is charged. The lifetime gift does not end at all.

Do they need an account or an email address?

No. They open silvermind.app/play and type the code. There is no sign up and no password.

Can they use it on more than one device?

Yes. The same code works in up to three browsers, for example their iPad and their computer. Each one shows the same end date.

When does the year start?

On the day they enter the code, not the day you buy it. You can buy it now and give it later.

Does it work with the SilverMind app from the App Store?

The gift unlocks the browser version at silvermind.app/play, which has the same exercises and works in Safari on iPhone and iPad. It does not unlock Premium inside the App Store app.

Write to support@silvermind.app from the email you paid with, and we will send it again.
