SilverMind ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SilverMind mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Onboarding preferences: age bracket, cognitive goals, focus areas, and reminder time preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Subscription information: if you subscribe to SilverMind Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details.

Information Collected Automatically

Game progress data: scores, streaks, and game history are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
Subscription status: we use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Device information: we may collect basic device information (operating system, device type) for app compatibility purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To personalize your brain training experience

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data (preferences, game progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal information. Subscription management is handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat with industry-standard security measures.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat — subscription management and in-app purchase processing
Apple App Store / Google Play Store — payment processing and app distribution
Expo — app framework and notification delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data: all your data is stored locally on your device and accessible through the App.
Delete your data: you can reset all progress and preferences from the Settings screen in the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
Manage notifications: you can enable or disable reminder notifications at any time in the App or in your device settings.
Cancel your subscription: you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.

7. Children's Privacy

SilverMind is designed for adults and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
